If you are thinking of renting your home in Trabuco, would like a transfer from the airport, require car hire, or if you would just like someone to make regular checks on your property whilst you are in the UK we can provide you with a friendly and efficient service which is also flexible and can be tailored to suit individual requirements. If you purchase a property which needs renovating, we only use local Spanish builders, plumbers and electricians whom we have used ourselves and are happy to recommend. All estimates are provided free of charge and are without obligation.

Basic Tariff for Holiday Lets

Clean the house and patio/terrace, clean and change the bed linen/towels, switch on electricity and water, light boiler, refill gas bottles (charged appropriately),  and ensure that everything is turned off after guests leave. Greet guests on arrival, show them round the house, inform them about the local area and be available during their stay should they require assistance (this includes 24 hour call-out for emergencies). We will also make occasional visits to the property if it is unoccupied , just to ensure that there are no problems. From 75 euros per let
